Like many parts of the Manager, this used to be a simple log of computer names and user logons, but it has evolved to be an essential tool for many Network Managers. The following are just a few of the tools available at your disposal:
- View details of any computer with the BCX Client installed - CPU, Disk Space and Serial number to name just a few
- Export all the information to a CSV file. This can then be used as your internal hardware audit, or provided for your school asset register
- Perform tasks such as Wake on LAN, shutdown and reboot on multiple computers
- Start off an immediate computer rebuild or schedule for a later time
- View logon history for a user, and link to their AD account to reset passwords or check their user area
