Over the years we have migrated many systems, and know that many schools find it hard to communicate the arrival and departure of both staff and students. This not only causes frustration for end users and staff in various departments but it also means people may have access to school resources after they have left.
As part of the BCX User Manager product, we are able to provide integration with various MIS systems. The MIS system is the most up to date point of reference for a school regarding both staff and students who are currently on roll/employed.
With a few clicks, Network Admins can quickly see both new and left users. They can then create new users with a single click, and disable users whom have left or even delete and remove the users data from a single interface.
